If it is a genuine coin, it is a Friesach Pfennig of Agnes of Merania. She was a daughter of Duke Otto of Merania and was first married to Friedrich II. the Qarrelsome Duke of Austria and Styria and after his death she married Ulrich III. Duke of Carinthia. This Pfennig can be found under the Number CNA Ci27 and is a very rare and expensive one.
