I think, this is an original coin, minted in Prag, Wardein Ignaz Keller; Herinek 944 (EvS -IK). The coin from 1770, Herinek 934, was minted by Wardein Anton Stehr (EvS - AS)

So it could be coin from 1779 changed to 1780 ? Minted signs are the same for 1779 nad 1780 (Evs IK)

I think it is a coinage-spezification and no supplement change.
Look the example in acsearch!
